President



As the owner of the company, Doug brings over 32 years of experience in commercial construction. He started in 1974 as a carpenter apprentice working on various types of construction projects. In 1980, construction management became his main responsibility and in 1989, Doug began D.G. Granade.

Project Manager
With over 11 years experience in commercial construction, Bob has the ability to coordinate and organize all projects with a high degree of efficiency. His knowledge of the various construction techniques and methods has made him a valued asset to our firm. Bob assists in the development of project staff, subcontractors and field supervision. He is responsible for developing, monitoring and updating the progress schedule, as well as managing the subcontractors' schedules. He performs troubleshooting services for field personnel while coordinating the rest of the team.

Quality Control Engineer
Bob has construction engineering and management education that, combined with his jobsite experience, assists in his develop- ment of Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings. His computer knowledge has developed tracking systems for more efficient project cost management.
