With more than 32 years in the business, Doug Granade utilized his experience in the construction industry and founded D.G. Granade in 1989. For the past 17 years, the firm has continued to develop a very competitive construction company with an outstanding reputation.

Pre-construction - Cost Estimating:
D.G. Granade has successfully estimated and competitively bid much of their work. They have very developed systems of providing accurate conceptual estimates.

Construction Management
The majority of D.G. Granade's construction management services, including estimating, scheduling, value engineering, construction supervision and quality control are provided in-house.
